Francine Butler has over 30 years of experience in association management serving as Executive Director of a number of associations and building an association management company with 20 staff that served a client list representing health care, scientific and engineering professional societies. Many aspects of association development were under her direction including education program development, continuing education, association meetings, board development, budget and finance and scholarly publications.

She maintains memberships in ASAE where she serves on several committees, AMC Institute (she served as Executive Director for 2 years following the sale of her own company), and American Psychological Association. She serves on two Foundation Boards (Foundation for Research and Education in Biofeedback) and North American Nature Photography Association. She was a founding member and treasurer of the Federation of Behavioral, Cognitive and Psychological Sciences. She has both led boards and served on boards so she has a dual perspective on association management issues.

Francine has a BA, Mathematics, New Mexico State University; MA, Psychology, Denver University; and a PhD, Research Administration (Psychology), Graduate School of Union Institute. She is both a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP).
