Kate is Principal of Resolve Resources Management, LLC, an HR consulting firm focused on leadership development, team performance, and talent management. She has spent over 25 years in Human Resources partnering with organizations as a leader in Organization Development, Talent Management, and Human Resources. She has extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, leadership development and change management.

She is certified in the EQi 2.0, EQ360, and EQ Leadership Report measures of emotional intelligence and also as an Emergenetics Associate. Kate has a Master’s of Science in Communication from the University of Denver, where she is currently an adjunct professor, and a Bachelor’s of Arts in International Studies from the University of the Pacific. She is also certified as a Senior Professional Human Resources and SHRM-Senior Certified Professional.
